Dwan Lee works with ProRank with the PennDOT DB, DBE and OJT programs. He was formerly employed by the PA Human Relations Commission (PHRC) as a Civil Rights Investigator in Employment, Education and Housing and Commercial Property. He was also employed at PennDOT where he was the DBE/DB Program Manager for all FHWA, FTA, and FAA projects in the Commonwealth of PA.

Dwan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Master’s in Secondary Education and a Master’s in Education and Leadership.
