1 Complete the DBE SSC Annual Needs Assessment:

2 Check your email for your ProRank Academy information and log into your profile:

Login to ProRank Academy

Once you complete the DBE SSC Annual Needs Assessment (DBE ANA), your company will have access to a DBE account for ProRank Academy, our one-stop place to obtain assistance from the DBE Supportive Services Center and other PennDOT supportive services programs, and to access training, project opportunities, and the broader DBE business community.

Upon completion of the DBE ANA, please email the latest version of your ‘Personal Narrative’ (Microsoft Word document) to: “PennDBE@prorankllc.com.” Then we will run it through internally, with complete confidentiality, to determine what needs tailoring for your re-certification application, along with the strengths of your narrative and suggestions for your critical points.
