SupplyPHL will present on how they help to enhance the capabilities of Historically Disadvantaged Businesses to engage in public works in Philadelphia.

• Provide Business Advisory Services to build capacity/skills needed to win and successfully complete projects (Pre- & Post-Bid)
• Support through the RFP/Bid Process and assist with fulfilling the necessary bid requirements (e.g., certifications)
• Facilitate relationships with Prime Contractors & Project Owners
• Enhance financial readiness and assist in obtaining financing
