Mentor and Protégé Workshop for Consultant Firms

Please join us on September 20, 2024, to learn how to be successful by participating in PennDOT’s DBE Mentor Protégé Program (MPP). The program is for DBE subconsultants or potential subconsultants who want to connect with a prime consultant in a mentoring arrangement.
Prime consultants are encouraged to attend and meet potential DBE subconsultants protégés.
Interact, Mingle, and Develop New Mentor and Protégé Partnerships Meet and Greet PennDOT Officials
Workshop Goals:
- Further develop new and underutilized DBE’s in the consultant industry
- Communicate ProRank services available
- Communicate DBE goals for consultant agreements
- Discuss awareness of state and federal workforce development initiatives
- Formal and informal technical assistance exchange between Mentors and Protégés
- Help Protégés become registered business partners with ECMS and develop their overhead rate
