The DBE University Training Reimbursement Program is for owners and employees of certified PAUCP Disadvantaged Business Enterprises who have a current (completed within the last 9 months) Annual DBE Survey on file and who are seeking reimbursement for applicable training or services.
The PA DB BRIDGE Reimbursement Program is for verified PennDOT Diverse Businesses who have been Business Partner Registered and are seeking reimbursement for approved business expenses.
Who is Eligible?
- Qualified firms must be PennDOT Business Partner Registered
(If not take the course and submit application) - Diverse-owned Businesses who have 1 of the following active certifications:
Certifying Organizations:
National Minority Supplier Development Council
Women’s Business Enterprise National Council
Small Business Administration
Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert)
Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program
