Women in Construction Week 2025
March 2-8, 2025
At ProRank Business Solutions, we are proud to stand with Women in Construction Week (WIC Week) to recognize and celebrate the incredible contributions of women in the construction industry. As a company dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in business and workforce development, we champion the growth, empowerment, and advancement of women in all areas of construction.
What is Women in Construction Week?
WIC Week, led by the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), is an annual celebration designed to highlight the vital role women play in shaping the future of the construction industry. This year’s theme, “Keys to the Future,” focuses on empowering women with the tools, resources, and networks they need to succeed. From leadership opportunities to workforce training, WIC Week inspires women to build not only structures but also legacies.
